About Alanna

Alanna is a marine scientist currently pursuing her PhD. While spending months at sea researching the endangered Atlantic bluefin tuna, Alanna was confronted with seeing our impact on the oceans firsthand. The extent of the plastic pollution she witnessed set in motion a lifestyle choice to reduce her footprint on the planet as much as possible.
