Campaign: Challenging Everything You Knew About Loo Roll
Brief: Looking to raise awareness of:
- Lamination glue in toilet paper as a source of plastic pollution
- Use of recycled paper in toilet roll being the only application where harm can be caused to the environment due to past life contamination
- Harms caused to the environment by continuing to wrap loo roll in large single use plastic bags
- The UK being a net exporter of sustainably made toilet paper, totally unnecessary to import from China
- The use of dispersible paper saves water by eliminating “vanity flushes” used to catch that last sheet that won’t go away!
