The Haulternative Closet: Clothes Swap

Organised by Ethical Influencers, The Fashion Common Room, and Uhuru

Kindly supported by 42 Acres Shoreditch

Thursday 17th October 2019 | 5:00pm – 9:00pm
42 Acres Shoreditch, 66 Leonard Street, London, EC2A 4LW

Ticket Price: £5.50 // Free for Concessions

The Haulternative Closet is a clothes swap for all those interested in fashion and recognise the importance of sustainability within our consumption patterns. But who said being ethical = being boring?! Mix up your wardrobe with gems donated by other attendees.

Being held at 42 Acres in the heart of Shoreditch, you’ll get to enjoy the company of like-minded swappers; the collections of emerging brands in the sustainable sector; and all with botanically-active drinks from Senser Spirits.

Agenda:

5:00pm – Clothes swap opens with boutique stands by Boodi Jewellery, Every Origin, Random Leon, and non-alcoholic bar by Senser Spirits

5:30pm – 7:30pm – Embroidery workshop by Beanbroidery

8:00 – 8:50pm – Herbal remedies talk by Herb Clinic London and Sophie Barrett

The event is focused on womxnswear, and we recommend bringing 3-5 items, which are the likes of All Saints, Reformation, APC, Reiss, or Anthropologie. The better quality the items, the longer they will last. See you there!

This event is kindly supported by 42 Acres, Beanbroidery, Boodi Jewellery, Every Origin, Herb Clinic London & Sophie Barrett, Medocup, and Senser Spirits.
