Name: Vaughan & Unwin
About us: Vaughan & Unwin is a London born brand with our love for Turkey and its nature woven through our core. Our vision to create beautiful organic cotton bags for travel and everyday life evolved from Sarah’s upbringing on an organic farm and Steph’s deep connection to Turkey.
Having met in the film Industry where frequent travel is the norm, we wished to create bags that are a joy to use both when away and at home.
Featuring clean contemporary designs and made from 100% Organic Turkish Cotton, our bags are sustainably and ethically made and feel amazing too. Not only that, but our bags are GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified which protects the environment as well as the welfare of the workers and their communities throughout every stage of production.

BUY ONE – PLANT ONE
Vaughan & Unwin’s ethos is to create gorgeous and sustainable bags whilst giving back to nature with our ‘Buy One – Plant One’ promise. For each bag purchased, we will donate a sapling on your behalf.
Through working with TEMA Foundation (The Turkish Foundation for Combating Soil Erosion, for Reforestation and the Protection of Natural Habitats), we’ve created a Hope Forest of 3000 saplings in Edirne, Turkey, the country from which the cotton used to produce our beautiful bags originated.
