About Helen
Helen writes Vegan Family Guide, a vegan and ethical parenting FAQs website. She also edits Vegan Kid’s Channel, a vlog which is part of the vegan social network OhSo. Before she became a mother, Helen studied and worked in: childcare, international development, environmental geography, fairtrade, adult education, ecovillages and vegan projects. She lives in a cohousing project.
