About Irene
Irene is a 20-something Portuguese girl who shares her study abroad experiences, travel adventures, and passion for (mental) wellness. She moved to England alone at 18 to study a BSc in Psychology with Neuroscience and is now currently residing in the Netherlands while doing a MSc in Positive Psychology.
